职责范围：

1、理赔处理
为保证理赔处理，审核被保险人的资格；审查保费支付情况；根据保险条款要求审核理赔；根据收到的信息更新数据库；记录理赔赔付通知；将理赔转给相关同事进行理赔审核；向指定的员工发付款通知确认；对第三方提供的外部数据进行整合。

2、客户服务
为保证客户服务顺利进行，通过电话、信件及电子邮件提供客户服务；
为保证客户服务质量，在系统工具中记录要求及投诉；在系统工具中创建案例；处理投诉。

3、行政工作
为保证事先授权顺利进行，将授权担保申请转给指定的员工；
为保证付款顺利进行，跟进银行理赔付款拒付；
为保证档案管理规范化，管理理赔档案（指定员工）。

4、上级主管分配的其他工作。

任职资格：

1，大学专科以上学历，法语/医学类等相关专业。

2，有良好的客户服务意识，踏实肯干。

3，法语/英语听说读写流利，熟练操作电脑。
