职责范围：

1. 收集完善理赔资料：为了保障理赔案件及时，准确完成，积极主动与网络医院联系沟通获得详细医学资料；
2. 判断理赔案件医学必要性：为了理赔人员能够准确录入理赔案件，及时审阅，准确判断理赔案件的医学必要性，若发现医疗滥用，及时向上级主管汇报；
3. 整理分析网络医院资料和价格，协助建立网络医院： 为了评估网络医院的可合作性，协助高级医务主管对现有及潜在网络医院的医疗服务水平评估，医疗费用整理，分析，比较，建立网络医院医疗质量及医疗服务费用数据库；
4. 协助维护网络医院：
   为了与网络医院维持长久的良好的合作关系，协助高级医务主管与网络医院保持联系沟通，积极解决理赔及客户就诊的问题，提高客户及网络医院满意度

任职资格：

1. 医学或护理等相关专业毕业；
2. 为人踏实，沟通能力强；
3. 英语听说读写熟练。
