1.为公司的外籍客户提供健康医疗支持,协助外籍人士在当地顺利就医,维持与当地医疗机构的关系.解答相关问题；

2.部门日常客服工作回答客户咨询、常规福利查询、理赔争议处理、协调各部门解决客户用保期间出现的问题；

3.熟悉客服部基本业务知识及其相关的其他知识，能独立担当客户服务的工作，尊重客户，维持良好的服务秩序，提供优良的顾客服务，有效跟进客户需求，做好客户与公司沟通的桥梁。做好中小型客户的续保工作；

4.按照售前沟通的方案准备文档，例如新客户及续保客户的保障计划利益表、条款特别约定、服务手册，并录入相应系统；准备新入保客户宣讲资料。

任职资格：
1、大学专科以上学历，英语/医学类等相关专业；

2、有相关客服经验一年以上者佳；
3、有良好的客户服务意识，踏实肯干；
4、英语听说读写流利，熟练操作电脑。
