职位名称: Patient Services Officer

职位概述:
Responsible for providing high quality non-medical patient care to Chinese and Western patients. To continuously improving the overall care environment (incl. equipment, work processes and patient information). Deal with customer comments and report to Patient Service Manager.

职责:
? Patient Surveys (in- and outpatient). For outpatient on daily rounding, for inpatient on daily inpatient visits. Put the data into excel sheets and prepare monthly patient survey analysis. Give feedback to patients if requested.
? Pro-actively handle and solve problems by coordinating with departments involved. Deal with comments and provide report to patient service manager. Solicits assistance from the Patient Service Manager when needed.
? Ensure that comments are properly logged and followed-up upon, provide feedback to the patient.
? Deliver high quality service to patients. Ensure patient needs and reasonable requests are met.
Seek opportunities to continuously improve patient services.
Maintain good working relations with all departments.
? Manage physical environment (Flowers, magazines, gifts, facilities, general environment)
Promote the hospital and its services
? Concierge for all patients (hotel bookings, ticket reservations, taxi, provide information)
Assist with in house patient related events
? Assist nursing team with planning and maintenance of facilities/equipment.

任职条件:
College or University – preferably hospitality degree
1-2 years reception or service working experience
Strong service orientation
Good Chinese language skills and basic English language skills
Excellent communication skills
Be organized and good at problem solving
Team player
Good knowledge of the hospital’s organization and daily operation
? Basic understanding of hospital charges/discounts/packages/facilities/special events etc.
Medical background is a plus
