Job description
Our company is looking for an experienced worker to employ as office manager in our new opening Guangzhou branch that will be located in Haizhu district.
The main responsibilities for this position include:
? Liaising with clients and suppliers
? Verifying and guaranteeing that delivery deadlines are met
? Carrying out product quality check
? Periodically report to the Italian headquarter and the other branches in Hong Kong and Shanghai
? Managing orders with clients and suppliers
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have successfully achieved the following skills:
? Four to five years of working experience, preferably in related or similar manufacturing accessory industries (zippers, buttons, labels etc.)
? Zippers knowledge is a must
? Familiar with import and export processes and related paper work
? Basic administrative task knowledge
