Job Description:
Oversee the design and construction of workplace, retail, F&B renovation and new development projects, identify key project resources, providing timely and accurate reporting while interfacing with designers, contractors, authorities and internal manager.
Responsible for the management and coordination of project scopes, management of contractors, licensing, budgets and construction.
Plan and manage assigned resources to ensure successful (on-time and on-budge) execution for projects.
Liaise and deal with contractors, authorities and vendor to study, advise and review all tendering documents from evaluation, selection, contracts establishment to management.
Ensure compliance with approved budgets and target completion dates using established forecasting tools and procedures.
Consult with Vice president and outside project personnel to provide advice and to resolve issue.
Develop and constantly review the project management process, policy and procedures to ensure a compliance of internal and external rules, regulations, licensing and statutory requirements.
Support other business projects in the region.
Lead the team to ensure all in-house maintenance are delivered to clients on time.

Desired Skills and Experience
Professional in Design, Engineering or related disciplines while Project Management Professional Designation and Grade 1 Registered Qualification Certificate Constructor PRC in advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in project management or consultancy role.
Working knowledge of all phases of project development is required.
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and third parties within the organization or the external parties such as contractor, government bodies.
Strong technical knowledge combined with a well –developed skill set in managing new development projects and mobilization projects.
Excellent project management skill with strong negotiation, presentation, influential and interpersonal skills.
Competency in decision-making, flexibility, detailed and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of various computer software such as MS office, AUTOCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator etc..
