Business Development Associate
(Required: Strong english skills and must have at least spent 2 years living in the United States)

4PX is a fast growing E-commerce company based in Shen Zhen / Shanghai, with over 1,300 employees across China and strategic partners of eBay, Alibaba, Google, and more. We are searching for bright young Business Development Associates to fill our highly competitive positions.

The Business Development Associate has the responsibility for managing and acquiring large / enterprise customers and building business relationships with enterprises, marketplaces, technology companies which may have direct and indirect impact on our revenues. This includes managing existing clients to develop new forms of business opportunities as well as targeting and winning new clients. He or she is responsible for relationship engagement, creating partnership frameworks, and acquiring new accounts. KPIs will be driven by account acquisition, revenue growth impact, and other performance metrics. Responsibilities will include: identifying account prospects, cold calling accounts, creating and delivering powerpoint presentations, and drafting contracts.
Key Requirements Include:

- Studied or worked in the United States for 2 or more years
- Strong writing skills / professional writing skills
- Strong social skills and very customer focus (brief concise and respectful language)
- Strong listening skills
- Strong learning skills for software / internet
- Extremely detail oriented
- Pro-active and resourceful
- Strong PPT and presentation skills
-Willingness to travel overseas for business deals

Experience:

- Native English speaker / Native Chinese speaker
- minimum of 2 years in the Internet / Software industry
- minimum of 2 years sales or business development experience

Team: 3-5 members
Reporting to: Sr. VP of Overseas Business Development
Compensation: RMB$8 - $15,000 / month based on experience and interview

Essentially an e-tailer can create a single ad in our software and launch it across multiple e-Commerce marketplaces and manage all orders from a single user-interface.
