Objective of Job:
- Lead the potential source evaluation process.
- Make sure the suppliers to fulfill APQP/PPAP requirement and deliver flawless program launch objectives.
- Take the necessary actions to solve the suppliers' quality related issues.
- Monitor the suppliers' rating results and drive supplier improvement programs.
- Coordinate and provide quality requirement training to the suppliers.


Qualification:
- Fluent English, both written and oral and be able to chair the conference call in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
- Familiar with the manufacturing process such as casting, forging, injection molding, stamping, etc.
-Strong knowledge of TS16949 and auto industry quality tools (Cpk, PPAP, MSA, 8D, FMEA, etc). Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experiences in European standards
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and work under pressure.
- Ability to lead the cross-functional team on APQP/PPAP activities, including purchasing, product engineer, logistics and suppliers, etc.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a SQE in auto industry. Experience in an European auto company preferred.
- Master or bachelor degree in engineering area.
