Title:Sales Support Engineer(Quotation Engineer)

Different sales offices from China and APAC Countries send IQIs (IQI=Internal Quotation and Inquiry) to Quotation engineer in the factory.
Main Responsibility Areas of the Quotation Engineer will be:
-Provide technical support in quotation phase to all China and Asia Pacific sales offices.
-work with different functions from Finland / USA to clarify the technical requirements, prices and leadtimes on the quotation.

-work with factory internal departments (engineering, materials planning, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, etc) to get local factory leadtimes, costs and other relative informations.
-Support global projects and urgent inquires from Europe in quotation phase.
-Track the status of the quoted IQIs. Keep close communications and give supports to the internal customers to maximum the “IQI Hit Rate”.
-Offer technical supports to internal teams for the quoted cases. Work together with the teams and take necessary actions to meet the sales target and department’s target.
-Prepare business reports for management needs.


Qualifications:
-Above University degree. Major in technical aspects. (e.g. Mechanical, Materials, Instrumentation, Chemical Industry, etc.)
-At least 1-2 years relative working experience in a foreign investment company. Experience with EHC (Energy Hydrocarbon) or Pulp Paper would be a plus.
-Good command of English (Both written and Oral capability)
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is a plus.
-Customer Service Thought. Result Orientated.
-Open-minded.Team player with good communication skill.
-Systematic, independent and creative thinking.
