职位概述:
为完成公司经营管理目标, 在产品开发经理的管理下，为客户提供全面的技术服务。
主要工作任务:
职能任务一：客户技术支持
1.帮助和培训客户使用好材料.
2.及时解决客户提出的问题.
3.定期和客户进行技术交流.
4.不断向客户推广使用我们的新材料,加强公司的市场竞争能力.
5.提供潜在客户售前技术服务，协助开发市场
6.对客户的产品开发和节约方案进行技术支持, 帮助客户完成他们的目标.
7.对客户提出的投诉应立即作出反应, 让客户满意. 同时确认投诉问题的责任方，协作解决客户面临的问题，并跟踪改进措施的效果.
8.定期拜访客户，充分了解客户实际需要，现场解决问题.
职能任务二：内部技术支持
1.评审新的技术规范，参加APQP.
2.跟踪和反馈测试/UTV订单的使用情况;
3.定期优化材料规格，提高产品成品率.
4.评估让步接受产品.
5.将了解到的客户信息反馈给销售和其它相关部门.
6.根据客户的要求同工艺或相关部门进行工艺和质量改进.
7.制订个人年度目标，执行工作计划，定期与部门经理回顾业绩
8.与客户签订并更新技术协议;
9.竞争对手分析及材料比较分析.
10.建立客户技术文档并及时更新.
任职资格
1.硕士或硕士以上学历，有色金属材料加工相关专业
2.金属学、压加、热处理、铝热交换器材料及应用; 电化学; 热交换器制作或设计(优先)
3.有国际公司的工作经历, 从事金属产品或工艺生产，了解热交换器工艺和产品知识的优先
4.胜任能力：良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，敬业负责，较强的客户服务意识，较强的分析和解决问题能力，自我激励能够采取主动独立的工作，英文和日语口语和书面语流利, 计算机运用良好，特别是MS Office Good English
5.愿常出差
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of Product development Manager, taking full responsibilities of product development and technical service to reach the company management goal.
Main Tasks:
Technical service for customers
1.Help and train customers to use material in good condition.
2.Provide solutions to the troubleshooting from customers on time.
3.Technical meeting with customers in regular.
4.Continuously promote new materials to customers to enhance the competitive capability of company in market.
5.Develop new market by working as advanced sales for potential customers
6.Support customer’s objective to develop products, economical solutions and help customers to reach their goals.
7.Properly handle material quality complaints and claims，make actions in the first time to satisfy customers, assist customer to solve problem, follow up CAR.
8.Visit customers regularly, work close to customers to know their exact requirements, solve problems on–site.
Technical service for internal
1.Review “Technical Conformation Form” for new specs, input proposals to APQP.
2.Trace and feedback results of testing / UTV orders after the delivery to customer.
3.Optimize the spec (OD, weight, tolerance) regularly to improve yield.
4.Evaluate the NC of production line together with QC, PRC and PR departments.
5.Provide feedback from customers to sales and related departments.
6.Work with PRC and relative department to improve process and quality according to customers’ requirements.
7.Make individual annual target according to department target, execute the task and review the performance results regularly with manager.
8.Set up and update specification agreement with customers.
9.Competitor analysis and material benchmarking.
10.Set up technical database and update in time.
Job specification:
1.Master（or above）,Non-ferrous materials (Al) processing related
2.Non-ferrous Metal, Processing, heat-treat, Al heat exchanger materials, application; Electro-chemistry, HEX manufacturing or designs
3.working experience in global company for metal product or process production,Knowledge of HEX process and products is a plus
4.Competency:Good inter-personal and communication skills; Commitment and responsible, strong customer service-minded,Strong analytical and problem solving skills．Initiative and self-governed work with high enthusiastic attitude.English and Japanese efficiency, both spoken and written.Good computer skill, especially MS office; MS Office Good
5.Willing to travel frequently
