Main Tasks:

1. Implement and continuously optimize planning procedures.

2. Department scorecard setting, monitoring, reporting and attaining.

3. Approve raw material purchasing request.

4. Control WIP and raw marerial inventory.

5. Evaluate and improve Delivery Performance periodically.

6. Improve sales order lead-time.

7. Capacity planning, order booking and tracking plan fulfillment.

8. Improve APS system application.

9. Manage basic data creation and change to ensure data quality for BOM, Routing and ITEM.

10. Cross-functional communication.

11. Subordinate training and team development.

Job Specification:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Above 6 years working experience in production planning(SC planning) and at least 3 years in management roles.

3. Logic thinking, good communication and cooperation skill; excellent data analytical skill; good understanding of SC management knowledge and ERP principles; good team-building skill.

4. Fluent oral and written English, at least own cet-6; good at MS Office.

5. With rolling mill industry experience will be preferred.
