a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

-     Being able to communicate in Chinese and English both written and verbal, as well as in electronic  

     mediums such as Microsoft Office, as well as specific packaging management software;

     German would be an significant benefit

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

- Education in packaging planning, material logistics or proven on the job training in an logistics environment or equivalent tertiary qualification

-     包装规划，物料规划相关专业教育背景，或有物流相关工作经验及类似资质

-     Good understanding of logistics processes in different industry sectors based on several years

     working experience in the field of logistics, preferred automotive

- 基于数年工作经验，对不同生产领域的物流流程有良好理解，有汽车行业工作经验者优先

- Skill to analyse, understand and explain complex supply chain processes and structures

- 具备分析，理解并解释复杂供应链流程及结构的能力

- Knowledge in the use and understanding of packaging and assembly drawings

- 能使用并理解包装类及装配类图纸

- Knowledge and used to work with ERP systems

- 熟练操作ERP系统  

- Experience in working in a western company would be considered a significant advantage

- 有外企工作经验者优先

- Overall experience in the above mentioned work environment at least more than 3 years

至少三年以上相关经验

C. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

- Packaging planning of special- and universal containers for the Logistics Inbound and Inhouse processes

- 入场和厂内物流特殊与通用包装规划

- Planning of the line feeding according the assembly line, focus on process optimization and work out

packaging concepts

- 总装线喂料规划，关注流程优化及提出包装概念

- Coordination of packaging concepts with supplier and logistics planning; commercial evaluation of those concepts

- 与供应商物流规划包装概念的协调；并作出商业评估

- Work out of packaging specifications, technical and commercial evaluation of tender

- 提出包装特性，技术与投标的商业评估

- Execution of technical approval and procurement of sample- and serial packaging

- 执行技术批准与采购样式，高级包装
