Supply Chain Specialist

- Monitor, track and improve production status through capacity planning and demand forecasting.

- Manage vendors' compliance to operation procedures.

- Communicate with vendors to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.

- Track and report vendor delivery performance and address improvement actions.

- Manage vendor's contract for MOQ, Lead-time reduction and PLI, Warranty sign-off.

- Collect documents from vendors as required to trade compliance and import requirements, and follow up associated documentation issues.

- Maintain and manage Global Trade Management system.

- Communicate with sourcing manager, SQE, buyer and vendor to release & follow up orders in order to ensure goods are of good quality and delivered on time.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, international trade or related field.

- An experienced professional, with 2+ year experience in supply chain function.

- Ability to be flexible and to work through ambiguity.

- Ability to stay focused within hectic, sometimes stressful environment. Ability to change assignments on short notice.

- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the company as well as vendors.

- Possess a high level of integrity and initiative.

- Possess organizational agility and ability to get things done through others; a team player.

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form in English and Chinese.

- Working experience at global sourcing office of MNCs will be a plus.

- Hands-on experience of Customs Compliance within Asia Pacific region and order capacity planning will be a plus
