Overview
naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.
With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China, the total number of hubs will reach 7 by the end of this year. In the next year, we plan to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Vice President/Senior Director of Sales position, to build and lead the sales team to reach these ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
-? Develop and implement effective sales strategies and goals in China and across Asia in order to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build up and lead the sales team and manage sales activities to maximize revenue potential.
-? Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competitors, supply and demand.
-? Actively prospect and develop new clients (start-up, SMEs and MNCs) to generate business by any and all means available. Plans and implements an on-going clients’ pipeline in order to create new revenue and acquire valuable contacts and contracts.
-? Build and maintain good relationship with existing key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth.
-? Build up the whole sales team and retain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and builds strong talent and skill base to scale up the business.
-? Bring together Chinese and Western cultures to create a “think global, act local” environment.
-? Work cross-functionally with other related departments (e.g. Marketing, Legal).
-? Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive business objectives of building community in a new market.
Requirements
-? Bachelor/Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
-? Minimum 15 years sales experience with at least 10 years in leasing sales in Asia market, cross-regional management experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
-? Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.
-? Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
-? Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
-? Strong business development capability and forward thinking.
-? Results driven with ability to both manage and execute projects.
-? Ability to find, identify and hire top-talent and pass on key competences effectively while training it.
-? Proven leadership skills and people development capability.
-? Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English is an advantage.
