The Job:
Ensure smooth and timely Air Import Documentation process flow;
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system;
Track and Trace air files and reporting;
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing;
Network communication, timely response to e-mail and requests;
Meet KPIs standards in accordance with the Company´s policy.

The Qualifications:
College graduate or above.
1- 2 years working experience in shipping or freight forwarding industry.
Good command of English.
Familiar with Micro software and PC operation.
