职位描述：
高瞻资本（TZG）集团公司招聘电商运营经理职位；

工作职责：
1. 负责互联网平台网站、微信、微博等线上平台和渠道的日常运营管理,与相关部门沟通,确保线上平台运营正常；
2. 根据公司资源，策划、执行线上线下市场活动、文案编辑及排版安排；
3. 负责运营数据分析、定期策划主题活动，提升网站浏览量、用户活跃度、销售转换率；
4. 负责了解客户体验，挖掘客户需求，及时掌握用户反馈，以进一步制定运营方向；
5. 负责研究竞争对手优劣势及实时动态，提炼有利于网站推广改进的方针、政策；
6. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作内容。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，2年以上互联网电子商务运营工作经验；
2、熟悉各类社区网站，互联网运营推广渠道，善于把握用户对社区的需求层次和互联网运营趋势；
3、熟练使用数据分析工具，具有较强的运营数据分析能力；
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力，及团队协助意识。
