Title: Logistic Fulfillment Coordinator

Report to: Logistic Manager

Main Responsibility

l To bild the order fulfillment concept, share and transfer to the supplier.

l To closely monitor with suppliers on the order status and shipment follow-up.

l To liaise with merchandising teams on the order tracking and fulfillment.

l To Prepare the order tracking report, analysis and identify the potential risk.

l To Highlight the possible delay order to merchant and QA teams.

l To Coordinate between internal and external teams to have problem solved.

l To work with logistics service provider to control the order shipped on time.

Position Requirement

l Bachelor degree or above

l Over 5 years' relevant working experience in shipping, preferably working in foreign sourcing office

l Ability to handle full set shipping documents (including L/C)

l Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

l Strong in problem solving , detail-orientated, proactive working attitude

l Ability to work independently and under pressure

l Good command of written , spoken English,MS office and computer skills.
