职位描述：
Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

This position is concerned with ensuring that food and beverage sales are properly recorded at the time of sales and that charges are timely posted to the guest folios
确保食品和酒水销售的及时和正确地记录,挂帐及时输入客人帐单.

Essential Responsibilities:

The proper recording of all sales of food, beverage and all other related revenues.
所有食品,酒水销售和其他相关收入正确记录.
The proper accounting for and handling of both the daily cash receipts as well as assigned cash float.
妥善保管每日收取的现金和被分配的现金流.
Ascertaining that all charge sales are proper and that the guest’s signature is legible, in many cases this includes ensuring the propriety of credit card charges and that the proper procedure has been applied in obtaining authorization on excess of floor limits
查实所有交易的正确处理，并保证客人的签字清晰可辨，大多数情况下主要是信用卡付款的正常必要的程序及授权的处理。
The proper implementation of discount privilege to gold card, airline crew and other promotional discounts granted by management from time to time, including HI stockholder’s discount.
正确贯彻实施管理层适时的针对金卡，航班机组及其他促销的优惠折扣，包括希尔顿集团股东的折扣、
Preparation of an accurate Cashier’s Daily Report.
准备正确的收银员每日报告.
The accounting for all guest checks issued as either used/unused.
说明所有发出的使用或未使用的客人帐单
Proper implementation of control procedures on canceled/void checks.
正确执行对取消/空头支票的控制程序.
Timely delivery of supporting documents for all in house guests’ accounts to the Front Desk, regardless the outlet is interfaced or not with the Fidelio FO system.
及时将所有住店客人的备份文件递交前台,不管餐厅是否协调或Fidelio系统一致．
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the F&B Cashier Supervisor from time to time.
餐饮部收银员主管安排的其他工作.
Liaise with F&B department in the daily operations.
与餐饮部门联系日常运作.
