PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Communicate and deal with related internal & external people to get all necessary info & documents for products importation to Shanghai/China as per SOP.
? Negotiate with Customs and/or CIQ about Customs and/or CIQ issues on daily operations through working with the appointed broker agent.
? Master data management and update of import products.
? Collect and maintain the required import certificate and permission for Shanghai importations.
? Import duties calculation and analyze.
? Other assigned responsibilities where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
? College graduated or above in major of logistics, international trading or other related field with at least 3 years' working experiences in import operational position, air importation experience is a plus.
? Good customs regulation and certificate application.
? Working experience with multinational garments industry is preferred.
? Customs import and tariff work experiences are must.
? Good written and oral English, able to precisely and effectively discuss and report daily operational issues and procedures with foreigners.
? Strong ability of logic and analysis.
? Good interpersonal communication skills, attention to details, eager to accept challenges, active and self-discipline attitude.
