Experience in desktop maintenance and support (on Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes, other common application software)
Knowledge in server and support
Experience in administration and support of LAN/WAN networking;
Be a team player with good trouble-shooting and communication skills;
English and Mandarin Chinese compulsory

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

? Provide help or support services for users
o Provide first line help services to users and perform associated helpdesk activities
o Deliver internal training to users
o Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
o Communicate standard and policies for hardware/software with users

? Provide maintenance for computers and network
o Setting up desktop computer, notebook or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation or relocation; site preparation work;
o Monitoring network and servers (e.g. managing user accounts and passwords, access to files and folders, backups etc.)
o Help to maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
o Perform Windows and other IT software updates and maintenance.
