职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司的市场运作和管理
2、参与公司整体策划，健全公司各项制度，完善公司运营管理。
3、推动公司销售业务，推广公司产品，组织完成公司整体业务计划。
4、负责协调各部门工作，建立有效的团队协作机制
5、维持并开拓各方面的外部关系
6、管理并激励所属部门的工作绩效

任职要求：
1、管理类相关专业本科以上学历。
2、受过管理学、财务管理、企业运营管理、领导艺术、生产作业管理等知识培训。
3、8年以上企业工作经验，5年以上高级管理工作经验
4、出众的领导管理才能和良好的商业理念；
5、具有很强的团队协作精神、组织及策划能力和良好的沟通技巧；能与政府、企业高层人士广泛接触，并深入沟通；较强的逻辑思维能力；较强的英文听、说、写能力及熟练的计算机应用及操作能力；
6、个性特征：办事认真严谨；追求成功，精力充沛，可以承受较大工作压力。 举报 分享
