职位描述：

Primary Responsibility基本职责
1.WIP monitor & CT control. 在制品的跟踪和生产周期控制 2.Work out daily machine allocation and maintain weekly & monthly loading plan base on PO and wafer schedule 安排日常生产计划，并按照PO和wafer schedule更新周计划和月计划 3.Check with CS & material planning for the related dices and materials, create the BO in system when confirmed all is available. 与CS和物料计划保持及时沟通与协调，以确保给出正确的计划安排 4.Daily summarize and highlight current WIP & output to track products performance to meet the commit cycle time and shipping requirement. 根据生产计划及时追踪和反馈生产过程中的产品品质和达成率 5.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager. 接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。
Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求
1.Vocational or relevant industry experience 中专及以上学历，有相关行业工作经验 2.Minimum 1 year’s working experience in production control and planning preferred 至少一年以上的生产控制及计划相关工作经验 3.Good Microsoft Office skill in MS Words, Excel etc 熟练掌握office软件操作 4.Able to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment 自我抗压协调能力强，能独立完成工作
