职位描述：
1、确定招聘目标，汇总岗位需求数目和人员需求数目
2、对招聘渠道实施规划、开发、维护、拓展，确保招聘渠道能有效满足公司的用人需求
3、负责招聘职位的撰写，发布职位需求信息，做好公司形象宣传
4、搜集简历，对简历进行分类、筛选，和目标对象进行电话沟通，通知应聘者前来面试
5、组织相关部门人员协助完成复试工作，确保面试工作的开展及考核结果符合岗位要求
6、负责招聘网站的维护和更新，以及招聘网站的信息沟通
7、总结招聘工作中存在的问题，提出优化招聘制度和流程的合理化建议，完成招聘分析报告
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，人力资源或相关专业；
2、2年以上人力资源工作经验，其中1年以上招聘工作经验。熟悉相关法律。
3、有医疗、医院行业招聘经验者优先；
4、有耐心、积极主动，亲和力强，责任心强，工作严谨，表达能力好；
5、熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。
