- 高级客户主任需要协助传讯高级经理完成日常工作或具体项目，主要涵盖公关、市场营销、在线名誉管理、活动策划与执行等方面主要职责
- 与客户以及相关外部受众保持良好的关系
- 为企业客户与公司合作伙伴准备市场及企业沟通材料，包括但不仅限于新闻稿、产品手册、公司宣传册、案例分析及活动邀请函等
- 管理客户线上沟通渠道，可能包括微博、微信、官方网站及在线名誉管理
- 协助上司完成营销策划方案，发展相关培训手册或者执行方案以及协调监管供应商
- 快速有效地策划及管理展会、行业峰会及媒体活动负责主要客户/品牌的媒体活动：文字撰写的质量把控，与重要媒体及合作伙伴维持紧密联系
- 执行客户行政方面任务：开发票及撰写活动总结报告
- 协助客户开展新项目以及为新项目提案
- 制定并贯彻落实品牌或企业在官方网站、印刷品及电子刊物上的宣传指引
要求
- 四年及以上工作经验，拥有领先的公关公司或跨国企业从业经验者优先
- 出色的人际交往能力，工作有条理
- 学习能力强，能够快速适应新项目/部门
- 丰富的媒体及数字环境知识储备，拥有企业沟通/网络营销相关经验者优先
- 能够同时处理多项任务，拥有较强的监管能力
- 优秀的英文及中文写作与编辑能力
- 大学本科及以上学历，新闻/市场营销/传播学/中文相关专业优先
Job descriptions: Communication Senior Associate
Supports Senior Marketing Communication Manager to perform duties that spread across public relations, product marketing, on-line reputation management, event planning and execution
Key responsibilities
- Maintain good relationship with clients and external audience
- Produce marketing and corporate communications materials for corporate clients and company partners, may include press releases, product sheets, company brochures, case studies and event invitations
- Manage clients' online communication channels, may include weibo, wechat, official website and online reputation
- Support management team to put together marketing plans, develop training manuals and oversee contracts with external vendors
- Plan and manage efficiently and effectively trade shows, industry conferences and media events
- Oversee media activities for major accounts/brands: overall quality control of content development, maintain and develop high level of contacts with key media and partners
- Manage account administration duties, such as billing and activity reports
- Contribute to program development for clients and new business proposals
- Support to develop and enforce brand and corporate messaging guidelines across company websites and print and electronic publications
Requirements and professional skills
- Minimum of 4 years working experience preferably obtained with leading PR agencies or MNCs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized
- Fast learner, able to quickly fit into new projects/sectors
- Good knowledge on media and digital environment, existing experience on corporate communication/on-line marketing would be a plus
- Strong multi-task handling and supervision capabilities
- Attention to quality and detailed execution
- Excellent writer and skilled editor in both Chinese and English
- University bachelor degree minimum; major in journalism/Marketing/Communications/Chinese is preferred
