职位描述：
1.岗位职责
全面负责公司环境健康安全及辅助设备相关事宜

2.主要工作职责
1）建立3年，5年计划，12月滚动计划，用结构化方法推进EHS工作。
2）配合IE，营运等团队，领导和执行关键项目。
3）专注公司EHS合法合规，日常EHS工作，EHS体系管理，EHS培训，持续改进和完善事故预防机制等。
4）改进日常设施服务、设备维护和持续改进循环系统以更快的响应员工需求，保证高效高质量。
5）完成日常EHS检查和记录，包括消防系统的维护和检查。

3.任职资格及要求
1）机电或EHS相关专业背景
2）5年以上EHS和设施维护经验
3）熟悉中国EHS与消防安全法规
4）有精益管理与CI经验者优先

4.知识要求
1）具有操作个人电脑的基本技能
2）基本的英语听说读写能力
3）大专学历或以上

1.PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for Whole EHS and Facilities job of Company

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1）Build 3 years and 5 years plan and have rolling 12 months plan to make the facilities and EHS work with structured approaches moving forward.
2）Lead and execute the key projects together with IE, operation team etc.
3）Focus on EHS legal compliance program, daily EHS operation, EHS system
management, EHS Training, continuous improvement and robust incidents prevention etc.
4）Improve the Daily Facilities Service, maintenance & repairing and continuous improvement loop and system to serve people with quicker response, higher efficiency and better quality.
5）Finish routine EHS inspections and records include maintenance and inspections for fire fighting system.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1）M&E or EHS background
2）At least 5 years EHS or facilities experiences
3）Familiar with China EHS and Fire Safety regulation
4）With LEAN or CI experiences preferred

4. KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1）PC skill
2）Basic English Reading, Wirtten and Oral ability
