职位描述：
Educational administrator is main responsible for managing all campus group and 1 on 1 class schedule including send invites to teachers and put them into CRM system. Besides, you need to manage all subjects class materials and update materials for a period of time.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Arrange all regular group class
2. Arrange private 1 on 1 class
3. Open class in CRM system
4. Check calendar regularly and ensure no conflicted class
5. Keep a good relationship with Course Consultant and Teachers
6. Manage all subjects class materials
7. Edit and proofread class materials when they need to be renewed
8. Performing other duties as needed

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. One year admin. Experience,priority in education industry (good self-learning graduates)
3. Fluency in both spoken and writing English
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Responsible, Patience, careful

教务主要负责管理所有校区的小班及一对一定制的课表包括通过发送邀请邮件给老师确保课程的按时授课，以及在CRM系统里开设所有课程。 此外还要负责所有教材的管理工作及定期编辑及校对教材，及时更新。

4. 定期查阅日历并确保所有老师的课程没有冲突
5. 和所有授课老师及校区课程顾问保持良好的关系
6. 管理所有课程的教材
7. 定期编辑及校对教材，及时更新
8. 完成岗位其他相关任务

岗位要求：
1. 本科学历
2. 一年以上的行政工作经历，教育行业优先考虑（学习能力强的优秀毕业生）
3. 流利的英语口语及书面写作能力
4. 能够在高密度，高强度压力下完成工作
5. 出色的沟通能力
