职位描述：

？ Locally contributes to Quality planning in
Market, Balise (material worklots), and process affaires.

负责市场项目、前期研发（原材料）和工艺过程的工厂质量计划。

？ Performs material development by process
adjustments

通过过程调整来完成新材料的开发。

？ Locally participates in risk analysis
to complete the quality plan

参加风险分析来完成质量计划。

？ Assures application of the (L) material
definition dossier and adaptation of related documents locally.

确保本地（L）材料定义文件的执行以及完成相关文件的本地化。

？ Analyzes central referentials and locally
adapts them, other than guarantee methods.

分析中心参考文件并在工厂使用

？ Establish the adapted obtention referentials to
the local context :

- Definition
of the production consigns

- Process Parameter Rules

- Technical
Folders (quality plan, …)

为生产车间制定相应工厂标准：

- 制定生产规定；- 制定工艺参数准则；- 技术文档（质量计划）

？ Supports the method-definition team for local
process industrialization

支持方法-定义团队完成工厂的过程工业化。

？ Participate with the downstream method-definition team on industrialization subjects in the operational
phase.

支持下游 方法-定义部门的工业化项目。

？ Contributes to the progress plan of the
activity (productivity, quality, safety…) through validation of process and recipe changes.

通过对过程和配方变化的认证为产能、质量、安全等的进步计划做出贡献。

？ Engaged to the respect of the PDI on his/her
activity (reservation of resources, machine availability, measurement
completion, classing of product, timing)

参加并遵守你负责项的PDI （资源的预订、设备可利用性、测试完成、产品的判级，时间）。

？ Participates in validation of the functional of technique datasheet for its process/material industrialization.

参与工厂过程/材料工业化的技术文件的认证。

？ Locally defines and implements quality
assurance methods (FMEA, process control, testing, statistical, verification,
control…).

定义并执行工厂的质量保证方法。(FMEA, 过程控制、测试、统计、认证、控制)。

？ Assures the conformity of testing processes
used in his/her activities.

确保合格的试验流程被运用到工业化过程中。

？ Assists obtention in resolving mass production
problems.

支持工艺解决批量生产中的问题。

？ Monitors mass production material
characterizations and directs actions to return to the norm.

监测批量生产中材料的特性变化并采取直接措施来恢复到正常。

？ Participates in Good Practices

Bachelor’s degree or above, similar post of tire company for over 3 years.
Major in polymer, applied chemistry or relevant.
Awaited professional experience
Not specified, but experience of mixing process and quality control will be a plus。
