职位描述：
Key Accountabilities

？ Provide administrative support to all members of the employment team, including general administration, reception work (phone calls, email enquiries), meeting arrangements, travel and accommodation;
？ Organize, update and maintain filing systems for the department including electronic and paper files;
？ Support HR team; update and maintain the employment information and administration;
？ Handle daily bank procedures; cash administration; raise purchase orders and deal with invoices; track invoices for payment;
？ Any other duties commensurate with the post as requested by the Director and the team.

Experience/Skills

？ A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
？ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
？ Languages written and spoken: English fluently
？ Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
？ Excellent telephone manner with strong customer service approach
？ Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively
？ Ability to co-ordinate busy schedules and arrangements, work accurately and to deadlines
？ Basic knowledge of the role of the human resources (HR) function
？ Cashier experience preferred
