职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? To be Responsible for all non-FR fabric bulk production execution to ensure on time delivery of quality goods.
? To collect PO and delivery information from the fabric mill weekly.
? To proactively identify any potential delivery and/or quality issues.
? To communicate quality requirements, inspection policies and procedures to existing and new factories to ensure that production will meet company's requirement + Implement quality control policies
? To conduct analysis of all failures encountered during production evaluations and follow-up corrective action implementation.
? To create and establish non-FR inspection system with mills.
? To be responsible for conducting product testing and Maintain the testing database
? To prepare up-to-date QA inspection report and make recommendations on all quality issues to the management
? To ensure all approved developments are sent to WDS Lab for standards.
? To collect the approved SB and yardage, establish the master sample library.
? To cooperate with Merchandiser team to solve non-FR fabric issue
? To be In charge of cost, payment terms and lead time negotiations with mills.
? To conduct analysis of all failures encountered during production evaluations and follow-up corrective action implementation.
? To report to the Fabric Director in a timely basis in terms of all bulk process and data.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree or above in quality assurance and textile production or equivalent work experience
? 10-15 years quality management experience for fabric product and inspection
? Strong knowledge in quality assurance & manufacturing process, factory evaluation
? Well versed in international quality standards
? Able to identify quality issues and provide technical support, recommendations to management, regional office counterparts and factories
? Proven problem solving abilities
? Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills with previous experience in supervising and developing direct reports
? Responsible for implementing and enhancing the QC, QA standards, policies and procedures
? Fluency in Mandarin and English
? Good PC skills in MS Excel or other database is an advantage
? Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business requires 举报 分享
