职位描述
This position is to lead the sales and business management of brands ( Aladdin, Stanley and Migo )sales in Asia including Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia as well as Australia New Zealand in building distribution channels and partnership, manage and grow internal sales and business management team, grow annual sales revenues with the increased brand awareness and market fit product lines.
Responsibilities
· Develop and manage to achieve planned quarterly and annual sales and gross margin.
· Actively develop Asia international distribution channels and long term strategic distributor partnership.
· Organize and manage sales efforts to constantly explore and create new, profitable business opportunities to promote brand awareness, product SKU efficiency to increase sales revenues.
· Organize and manage internal business account management and customer services to provide effective support to sales work.
· Coordinate with internal teams such Operations, Quality, etc. to ensure all customer and sales needs are well supported.
· Manage distributors in Asia with brands global marketing strategy, product information and sales training.
· Regularly monitor and evaluate distributor sales activities and product retail performance.
· Generate all necessary sales, team operation, inventory, opportunity analysis reports on a regular basis to management.
· Contribute to the brand development strategies in Asia and any necessary adjustments during the process.
· Organize to evaluate Asia product marketing plan and strategies.
· Organize market research and identify consumer needs in Asia, assist company product management and development with information on market trend and competition information for the brand development of Asia Pacific market fit products and categories.
Proficiencies
· Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone.
· Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
· Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
· Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
· Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
· Ability to study and apply new information.

· Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent related experience.
· Minimum 10 years sales experience in Asia Pacific regional.
