Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
? Coordinate cards daily maintenance, know retail knowledge and solve related issues.
? Fully coordinate delivering high standards of service to retailers partners and customers, manage data, orders, reports and logistics.
? Could support PPC cards replenishment if necessary, work with the team leaders and support manager to coordinate within B2B team.
? Coordinate with Sales Team, Key Account Managers and Risk department etc. for daily operation.
Qualifications:
? College degree or above
? 3 years experience or above.
? Chinese native speaker, fluent oral and written English is appreciated.
? Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a better proficient level Better with some working experience, knowledge with finance industry and customer service
Personal Attributes:
? Good communication and negotiation skills. Faced with interruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, or suppliers on a regular basis.
? Must work with intense concentration and meet several deadlines in a regular basis.
? Result-oriented.
? Self-confidence .
? Be dynamic, curious, open-minded and flexible.
? High potential and good learning spirit.
? Diligence and working hard to achieve the target.
? Honest and humble, good team work spirit.
