一：岗位职责
1）负责公司前台接待及电话接转
2）熟练使用office等办公软件
3）及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息
4）负责公司员工考勤管理
5）负责各类报表的统计
6）协助部门经理完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作
7）负责入司新员工的办公用品发
8）完成领导交办的其它工作事项
二：工作环境：
1）公司厂楼公司室

一：开发工具或系统工具
1）***，大专以上学历
2）具有较强的团队协调与合作能力，能够承受压力
3）工作积极主动、具有良好的沟通和理解能力
