职位描述：
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years of power tools, catering items sourcing experience for European Market with multinational company, at least 3 years’experience in buyer's position (German Trading Company or experience with one of the following EU retailers OBI, Bauhaus, Hornbach is a preferred);
- Extensive knowledge of power tools, catering items manufacturing;
- Broad knowledge of power tools, catering items vendors in China;
- Profound knowledge of quality demands like EU Norms, certificate, testing requirements for power tools, catering items;
- Able to work independently, experience in handling from the 1st sample development until to mass production;
- Strong negotiation and costing skills;
- Ability to work as a team member to maximize overall business;
- Willingness to Travel within China;
- Good coordination and quick feedback to German headquarter;
- Strong personality with good working attitude and good communication skills;
- Well organized, detail-oriented and responsible;
- Excellent English skills, German language knowledge can be an advantage;
- Good at computer skills with MS Office;
- Honest & Integrity.

Main Responsibility:
- Analyze and follow the product requests from German buyer;
- Identify, research, evaluate and select suppliers that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply;
- Make product costing, and quality specifications;
- Negotiate prices to ensure our best buying price;
- Maintain an excellent relation with all our potential suppliers;
- Plan the buying trip for Merchandising Manager;
- Help the Merchandising Manager in developing new products and assortments;
- Help the Merchandising Manager in claim settlement with the suppliers;
- All the rest tasks from the company.

任职要求：
- 3年以上跨国公司欧洲市场采购经验，产品为电动工具，厨房设备；其中担任买手职务至少3年以上（有德国贸易公司或OBI, Bauhaus, Hornbach等欧洲零售商工作经验更佳）；
- 深入了解电动工具，厨房设备的生产流程；
- 熟悉中国境内电动工具，厨房设备的生产商分布；
- 熟悉电动工具，厨房设备质量要求，如欧盟标准、产品认证、测试要求；
- 能独立处理工作，熟悉从样品开发到大货生产的整体流程；
- 出色的谈判技巧和成本核算能力；
- 善于团队协作，使公司效益最大化；
- 与德国总部之间保持良好的协调及快速响应能力；
- 富有敬业精神，和出色的沟通能力；
- 工作有条理，注重细节，认真负责；
- 优秀的英语口语和书写能力；
- 熟练办公软件的操作；
- 诚实，廉洁。

工作职责：
- 分析跟进来自德国买手的产品要求；
- 鉴别、研究、评估和挑选符合公司标准的供应商（包括对价格、质量、交货期和信誉的要求）；
- 核算产品成本，制作产品质量说明书；
- 同供应商谈判，确保最好的采购价格；
- 与潜在供应商保持良好的关系；
- 为采购经理安排采购行程；
- 协助采购经理开发新的系列产品采购；
- 协助采购经理处理与供应商之间的索赔事宜；
