Job Responsibilities:
Implement quality system that compliance with ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949 requirement.
执行ISO9001/ISO14001/TS16949的质量管理系统
Inspect material and products according to defined quality control plan, international standard and relevant specification.
按既定的质量控制计划，国际标准，相应的技术标准来检测材料及产品
Implement company quality assurance practices, procedures, work instruction and other QA tools.
执行公司的品管程序，工作指导书及使用其他相关QA工具。
Check and ensure test instruments are properly calibrated at all time, report to the supervisor and coordinate with relevant department to do calibration or repair if the test instruments out of calibration or does not work properly.
检查并保证任何时候所有的检测仪器及设备都是合格的并在校正期的有效期内， 如果检测仪器及设备超过校正期或无法正常工作， 应及时发现向上级汇报, 并与相关部门联系去较正或修理测相关的仪器及设备.
Perform inspection tasks on raw material, semi-finish goods, finish goods, all the non-conformance material includes customer return, expired goods, generate relevant QC inspection report, support or generate a draft of 8D corrective action report.
检测所有的原材料，半成品，成品及所有不合格物料包括客户投诉及退回的物料，仓库过期或即将过期的物料，撰写检测报告，支持或起稿8D整改措施报告
Participant all the audit includes internal audit, customer audit, process audit, EHS audit and other audits within operations.
参加所有的审核活动，如内审，顾客审计，过程检验，EHS审核及其它营运方面的审核
Generate and update work instruction with supervisory.
在主管帮助下撰写并更新作业指导书
Maintain quality dbase and system, generate and review all the QC data, compile QC performance report， report any non-conformance or abnormal data found.
维护所有的QA数据库，查阅所有QC数据，做QC业绩报表，如果发现不正常的数据趋势，及时向上级汇报
Train production operators and QC inspectors based on established documents.
按既定的作业指导书给工厂员工及其他QC检测员培训
Liase with third party laboratory for required test as required.
如有需要，与第三方联系做相关实验
Perform other duties as assigned， includes support activities in other departments ( e.g., production etc).
执行领导布置的其它任务，包括去支持别的部门 （如生产部, 等）工作。
This position does not supervise other personnel.

Job requirement:
Diploma holder in engineering discipline with at least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in Quality and manufacturing engineering environment.
工程学专科文凭至少有三年在工厂工作的工作经验，最好是在制造业的质量部门或者制造工程环境的工作经验.
Able to use basic QC inspection tools like caliper, micrometer, pull tester, hardness measurement instrument, high voltage tester, Ohm meter, Infrared spectrum meter, Brookfield viscometer, etc
能够使用基本的QC检测仪器， 如卡尺， 千分尺， 拉伸仪，硬度仪，高压仪， 电流表， 红外光谱仪， 粘度仪， 等。
Able to apply Minitab, quality companion， SAP or other quality management module in ERP system into daily quality activities.
在日常的质量活动中能够使用Minitab, quality companion， SAP或者其他在ERP系统中的质量管理模块
Good working attitude，hard working， willing to learn, able to handle work pressure.
正确工作态度， 勤学肯干， 正确地对待工作压力。
Able to read and write Chinese, able to use English in daily work.
能够使用中文来阅读和书写, 能够日常工作中使用英文
Extended working hours or overtime which based on actual production planning and company requirement may be required.
