职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Sales & marketing expenses monthly budget application and control, assure the company policies are strictly applied
? Coordinate with BU and Accounting to achieve timely, efficient and effective monthly expense reimbursement, provision and make necessary booking correction and adjustment to smooth CO-close
? Prepare selling expense, A&P expense, area contribution, BU contribution reports and relevant comments on schedule
? To audit timely bonus evaluation exact and in line with the incentive scheme
? Assist in sales & marketing related budget and planning preparation, justification, cross-checking and relevant analysis
? Build up close relationship with BU sales & marketing and provide financial support upon request from them
? Carry out specific tasks as assigned by line manager
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
University education and major in Accounting / Economic/ Business or relevant
Experience & knowledge:
A minimum of one years experience in financial analysis in multinational company
Core competencies:
? Be proactive, mature, self-motivated, good teamwork spirit
? Good presentation and inter-personal skill
? Willing to undertake hard-working during peak time
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Efficiency in Excel and financial system, SAP (CO Module) preferred
? Good communication in Written English
