职位描述：
岗位职责：

1）处理产品转移和新产品设计
2）机械设计包括概念生成，3D建模，生成2D绘图，定义CTF / CTQ尺寸，工程分析（公差分析，DFM和FEA）和产品实现活动。
3）生成零件和产品规格，包括材料和工艺。
4）建议对零件和/或产品设计进行改进，以提高质量和产量
5）与客户和各部门就工程变更，新模式开发进行交流。
6）与内部和外部设计团队合作解决设计相关问题
7）解决产品相关问题，并执行与产品问题相关的故障分析
 
 
岗位要求
1， 至少3年的产品设计/机械设计经验，包括塑料，金属，连接和相关工艺的制造工艺。
2， 大专以上学历，机械类相关专业
3， 良好的沟通能力
4， 熟悉FMEA
5， 能够执行DFM（金属，塑料和装饰的可制造性设计）和DFA（装配/加入设计）分析

Handle product transfer and new product set up
Mechanical design responsibility for Shanghai businesses includes concept generation, 3D modeling, generating 2D drawing, defining CTF/CTQ dimensions, engineering analysis (tolerance analysis, DFM and FEA) and product realization activities.
Generate Part and Product specifications including materials and processes.
Suggest Design improvements to part and/ or product design to obtain improved quality and production yield
Interact with customer and various departments on engineering changes, new model development.
  Work with internal and external design team to resolve design related issues

   
Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues

Experience of at least 3 years in product design/mechanical design with exposure on manufacturing processes for plastics, metals, joining and related processes.
Bachelors Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related equivalent.
 Sound knowledge of Failure Mode Effects & Analysis (FMEA)
