职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide advice and solutions on technical issues (e.g. construction of products / materials) considering the features and limitations of products and materials
- Create inspection schedules for QC team
- Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality
- Work with merchandisers and factories to solve production and quality problems
- Investigate reasons for product rejection
? Managing a team of QC inspectors to provide QC inspection services
- Set QC standards and processes
- Supervise and delegate work to subordinates
- Provide solutions to problems encountered by subordinates
? Provide QC advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process
- Communicate customers' requirements to factories
- Check if materials used for mass production are of acceptable quality
- Provide advice on feasibility of customers' proposed requirements and suitability for mass production
- Anticipate problems / defects that may arise in the manufacturing process
? Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international / customers' compliance standards
- Conduct initial audits for new factories
? Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards
- Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers' samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc.
- Approve samples
? Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
- Communicate new standards to factories
- Give suggestions to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality
- Answer merchandisers' enquires on quality / materials issues
? Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:
? Education Level: College or university graduated.
? Years of Experience: over 10 years experiences in Manufacturing Industry or Buying/Trading office on garment fields for US/EU Market, with 3-5 years as management role.
? Good knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL2.5/4.
? Language Skills: Good on written English, Intermediate level of oral English.
? Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
