岗位责任：
- 合同管理与兑现： 负责销售部门所有销售合同的管理和兑现工作；
在餐饮合同兑现时进行审核并登记存档；
配合市场对社区促销活动的审核和兑现；
- 检查市场： 每周定期走访各销售区域，检查各区域的销售状况和基础工作；
汇总检查报告交给商务主管作销售人员考核参考；
- 广告礼品开单： 协助商务主管开广告礼品领料单；
按销售人员要求查询销售消息；
每周完成销售指标达成排行谤；
- 销售订单开单： 负责经销曾几何时订货系统开单；
协调货运物流按时发货；
协调生产计划部进行产品生产；
- 仓库管理： 每月进行仓库月盘库；
- 桶啤管理： 定期进行桶啤盘存并登记存档；
- 冰箱管理： 定期进行冰箱盘存并登记存档；
- 其他工作： 完成主管要求的其他行政工作；
职位要求：
- 大专以上学历,市场营销或经济类相关专业；
- 良好的电脑操作技能；
- 认真，仔细，有责任心，具有良好的沟通技巧
- 思维敏捷，数字观念较强
