OB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责

？ To conduct total plant EHS supervision in order to prevent accidents or injuries.
进行工厂EHS监督管理以预防事故或伤害发生
？ Keep tracking and identify EHS related regulations ，provide consulting and training for plant associates.
追踪识别环境、健康及安全相关法规，为工厂员工提供相关培训及咨询。
？ To establish the plant environmental and safety rules, regulation and practices in accordance to the Shanghai Corporate and China State requirements.
根据上海总部及中国法规要求建立工厂环境安全规章制度。
？ To coordinate and collaborate closely with other department heads, managers corporate auditors as well as auditors from the authority.
协调配合其他部门主管、经理、总部安全审核人员及政府机构的审核。
？ To lead plant EHS committee and conduct monthly meeting and inspection and other EHS related actives
领导工厂环境、健康及安全委员会，开展每月安全会议及安全检查及其他EHS相关活动。
？ To conduct daily safety works including but not limited to EHS Education and Training, Safety inspection, hazardous and toxic chemical management、 Periodic EHS Meeting, Maintaining of Safety Signboards.
？ 执行日常安全工作包括但不限于EHS 培训，安全巡检，危险及剧毒化学品管理，EHS定期会议，更新维护安全公告栏。
？ Take charge plant biosafety management and coordinate biosafety lab registration
负责工厂生物安全管理，并协调生物安全实验室申报
？ To conduct occupational health management works including but not limited to Occupational health examination 、workplace occupational hazardous agents monitoring。
执行职业健康管理工作包括但不限于员工职业健康体检、作业场所职业危害因素监测。
？ To conduct Environment management works including but not limited to Pollution factor monitoring 、waste disposal 、Sustainability activities.
执行环境管理工作包括但不限于污染因子监测、废弃物管理,可持续发展活动。
？ To conduct Safety Induction Orientation for new associates.
？ 执行新员工的安全培训。
？ To determine work-relatedness in any accident cases and provide necessary data for workman insurance claims when necessary.
？确定工作相关的任何事故，必要时为员工保险索赔提供必需资料
？ To record of all accident cases to determine the extent of violation of plant safety standards and coordinate responsible department to take investigate, analyze
and develop preventive measures to avoid accident recurrence.
记录工厂所有事故以测定与工厂安全标准的违背程度, 协调事故部门进行调查分析及改善以避免事故再发生。
？ To liaise with and supervise outsourcing contractors.
联络并监督外部承包商

？ Performs any other task(s) as assigned, or defined in related quality procedure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

？ Diploma or Vocational Certificate or Degree.大专或本科
Experience 工作经验
？ Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHS supervision in the following environment: Automonbile industry/Auto-part'sManufacturing Plant
汽车行业、汽车零部件 制造工厂5年EHS管理经验
？ Familiarity with Machinery Safety, Electrical Safety and China Safety Production Codes and Regulations.
熟悉机械安全、电气安全及中国安全生产法规
Skill / Knowledge / Abilities 技能/知识/能力
？ Strong technical knowledge in Safety Management.
较强的安全管理知识
？ Strong will and determination to execute and enforce Safety Rules and Regulations at the plant.
？有坚强的意志和决心在工厂推行实施安全规章制度
？ Strong problems analytical and solving skills.

？ Familiarity with National Safety Codes and Safety Practices of the People’s Republic of China.

？ Work well under pressures with short deadlines and least supervision,

？ Ability to work under odd hours and be present under emergency calls.
