1.Daily cold-call and communication with the talents in our pool.

2.Recommendation of the potential candidates to the related consultant.

3.Establishing or enhancing the pool of talents in the related industry.

4.Gathering industrial information and forming own understanding, network in related industry.


Profile:
1.Education: College or above education, engineering educational background will be a plus.

2.English application both in written or in verbal as better.

3.Personality: ?Passion for communication and building up the relationship with people, willing to help others and cherish the talents.
?Capability of working under pressure, with tenacity and studious style in work.
?Strong learning attitude as well as learning capability.

4.Good communication skills.
