职位描述
Main purpose of the job
Base on the customer requirement to centrally maintain & update purchasing master data. Support the globally reporting & purchasing activities.
Key task areas
- Catalogue maintenance, upload and release. Support Catalogue price consolidation
- Vendor master data upload and maintenance in the purchasing tools & system
- Reporting including global KPI report, SOX report and other report on demand.
- Category Management including preferred supplier & UNSPSC Code maintenance, Strategic Procurement Category support.
- Modifications and updates of manuals and guides
- Other activities including system testing, online training, purchasing tool admin, RMT Ticket, Change requests, Projects, Vendor Block/unblock, PO closing, Global Forum Comms, Accounting Communication.
Key Competencies for the job
- At least 5 years working experience. Purchasing experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the products and services in indirect procurement
- Understanding of INP Sourcing and purchasing processes
- Understanding of the whole value chain and total cost ownership (TCO)
- Usage of INP purchasing tools and other computer programs. SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good reporting skill. Excel proficient.
