职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1, Work closely with Sales to make sure every order is completely in line with quotation, SPA and Belden Order Policy before entering into ERP System.
 2, Process order via SAP correctly and punctually to meet KPI requirement for designated customer segments (Key in order within 24 hours and Achieve 99% accuracy)
 3, Coordinate with internal factories & external suppliers to improve on-time delivery performance
 4, Regular backlog review and overdue backlog clean up to reduce past due ratio.
 5, Well communicate with carriers/forwarders, warehouses, to make sure cargo to be delivered to customers’ side in a timely and safe way.
 6, Work with cross functions to achieve accurate and on-time billing as per POD.
 7, Play a key role in shipment control and help Sales Team to achieve monthly Billing Target.
 8, Credit Note & Debit Note handling and follow up.
9, Coordinate with QA dept. to follow up and close customer complaints within timeline and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
10, Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Quafilications:
?Good Oral and Written English skills, CET-4 or above
? Outstanding knowledge of the MS Office Package
? Self-organized Working Style, motivated, carefulness and sense of responsibility,
? Excellent communication & influencing skills
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure
? Good team player
