职位描述：
安装、维护和保养物业水电设施。

岗位职责：
1、负责物业的高、低压线路和电气设备的安装、维修与保养。
2、认真学习和掌握先进的电力技术，熟悉所辖范围内的电力、电气设备的用途、构造、原理、性能及操作维护保养内容。
3、严格遵守电路技术规程与安全规程，保证安全供电，保证电气设备正常运转。
4、认真填写电气设备大、中修记录（检修项目、内容、部位、所需零部件、日期、工时、备件材料消耗等项）积累好原始资料。
5、掌握所使用的工具、量具、仪表的使用方法并精心保管，节约使用备件、材料、油料。做好交接班记录。

任职要求：
1、年龄50岁以下。
2、接受国家有关部门专业培训，持“电工证”上岗。
3、熟悉物业的水路、电路，掌握电气设备工作原理及安全操作规程。
