职位描述：
会务岗位职责：
1、负责各类会议的接待、服务工作；
2、遵守公司各项规章制度，用《员工手册》的规定规范自己的行为；
3、根据会议接待单相关内容，配合会议主办方做好会场布置及会议前期各项准备工作；
4、工作中仪容整洁，按会议要求认真做好各类会议的接待、服务；
5、负责会议中心的清洁卫生工作，保持环境整洁，空气清新；
6、负责会议中心的设备、设施正常使用，定期维护保养；
7、负责会议开始前的茶水、果点、会议用品、桌椅、照明、空调设施的准备。
8、服从管理，随时听从上级的工作安排。
 
任职资格：
1.    会务营销、管理学、广告学等专业大专以上学历；
2.    3年以上会务专员工作经验；
3.    需要具备大型活动及品牌策划和规划经验，较强的策划能力和撰稿能力；
4.    能够独立完成的策划方案，策划、组织并实施过大型市场活动；
5.    熟悉会议、市场活动策划流程和实施过程。 举报 分享
