1、能根据图纸和要求完成家具类货品的现场安装；进行施工质量、进度以及成本控制。
2、有大型工程项目的施工管理经验，较强的项目监控、质量监督能力；能与甲方、现场安装施工员、总承包方、各级监理有良好的沟通能力。
3、具有丰富的现场管理经验，懂量尺、现场安装，精通店铺装修施工流程，熟悉施工图纸，装饰材料及建材市场；
4、解决项目过程中遇到的各种问题，明确安装工艺，制定出作业顺序，使安装有条不紊，确保项目任务按期优质完成；
5、有车间工作经验，非外出期间，能在包装车间从事上级交代的工作。
基本要求：
1、大专以上学历，土木工程，工程管理、建筑类等相关专业。
2、有现场管理以及家具类安装的工作经历两年以上，有相关证书者优先。
3、能出差，必要时有相当的动手能力，工作敬业，细心严谨，为人正直，有团队合作精神；
