Key Responsibilities
Assist the SVP and Director of Business Development and New Media in the Greater China Digital Strategy project:
I. Strategic planning and implementation of strategies
? Conduct and extract insights from internal and external expert interviews
? Independently perform financial analyses
? Collaborate with SVP/Director to form strategies
II. Evaluation of new business opportunities
? Identify new growth opportunities for the company
? Conduct and/or manage third party to carry out secondary and primary market research
? Independently perform financial analyses
? Work with Director or Manager to build business plans
III. Evaluation of acquisition opportunities
? Conduct due diligence of target companies
? Independently perform financial analyses
? Participate and support negotiations
IV. Preparation of project updates and management presentations

? Research agencies
-Potential and Existing partners
-Industry experts
-Professional service personnel (investment bankers, consultants)
Requirements
Education:
? MBA graduate from an overseas university preferred
Experience:
? 2 or 3 years in a consulting firm or multinational corporations with exposure to business expansion, financial planning, strategy formation,
? New media background preferred
? Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior management
Core Skills:
? Project management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast paced environment
? Fluent English and Mandarin
? Strong analytical skills
? Interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional groups with people from various backgrounds
Personal Attributes:
? Thorough and detail-oriented
? Team player
? Result-oriented
