· Treats in a timely manner the ERP error messages

· Maintains the Procurement data in the ERP

· Identifies the Supplier Bottlenecks for the Faiveley products

· Performs the Supplier Supply Chain Assessment

· Develops with the Supplier, the adequate Contingencies when required

· Implements at the Supplier the weekly root cause analysis of OTD loss and Supplier Logistics Non Conformities

· Agrees with the Supplier, an OTD progress objectives with the related time frame and Monitors the progress

· Handles the NCRs during incoming inspection and production

· Matches the invoice, material receipt and PO, and provide to Finance

· Identifies the Suppliers not able to progress for De-sourcing

· Has ERP knowledge

· Has Planning concepts, specially the Sales&Operations Planning and the Master Production Schedules

· Has practiced Continuous Improvement/ PDCA tools: Pareto, 5 why….

· Is Open-minded and has Leadership skills

· Is able to manage both emergencies and mid term improvement

· Has good Analytic and Communication/Presentation skills

· Mastering of Excel and PowerPoint

长春分公司：位于长春长春市农安县合隆镇（合隆经济开发区孙菜园子村）。主要业务为标准动车组、城际铁路动车组、地铁车辆、轻轨车辆等提供车门系统提供产品和服务。车门类型包含塞拉门，内藏式移门，外挂式移门，折页门等产品。
长春分公司组织结构包括生产、工艺、质检、仓储；生产工序主要由加工、装配、试验三大部分组成。
