Accountability:
1. Support the process of employee on-boarding such as on boarding document collection & local coordination.
协助员工入职流程，如入职材料的收集和当地入职协调等。
2. Support the process of employee off-boarding such as notice, document collection, handover follow-up, issue necessary doc, leave reason summary report and etc.
协助员工离职流程，如离职通知，材料收集，工作交接，离职原因收集等。
3. Support employee recruitment such as job posting, resumen screen, telephone interview and interview coordination.
协助员工招聘，如职位发布，简历筛选，电话面试和面试协调。
4. Support other HR processes/central projects implementation in local/business such as Probation/Employment contract renew, MAG form collection and result input, Staff Handbook sign off, Picasso project and etc.
协助其他人力资源流程及项目在当地的执行，如劳动合同续签，试用期管理，绩效考核评估，员工手册签署等。
5. Support to answer employee inquiries related with HR policies & procedures, government regulations, internal systems etc. (to answer questions only at entrance level) .
回答员工关于人力资源政策及流程的资讯。


Skills & Competencies Requirement:
1. Bachlor or above, with 1-2 years of HR relevant experience.
大学本科及以上学历，有1-2年HR经验。
2. Good English skill (both written and oral).
良好的英语水平
3. Proficient excel & word skill
熟练掌握excel 和word 技能
4. Excellent communication skill
较强的沟通技巧
5. Proactive attitude, client service oriented and good team work spirit
积极主动的工作态度，良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
