职位描述：
The SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS that would best define our new colleague include:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or related field
2. Minimum three years’ experience as an architect, with architectural license a plus
3. Basic command of English
4. Strong passion for design with compelling aesthetic sensibilities and design skills
5. Excellent command of AutoCAD, with knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, Indesign, 3ds Max, Rhino a plus
6. Ability to quickly understand design concepts and assist with their development through hand-sketching and software techniques
7. Time management skills that allow to efficiently cope with unforeseen changes to the brief, while remaining able to meet tight project deadlines
8. Interest towards acquiring knowledge of building codes and regulations
9. Desire and ability to work well under pressure, gauge time and meet deadlines
10. Pro-activeness and self-motivation, with a continuous desire to both learn from, and mentor others
11. Creative curiosity and enthusiasm for research and integration of new technologies
12. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
13. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
14. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail
15. Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment

任职资格：
1. 建筑、规划设计或相关专业的学士或硕士
2. 作为建筑师至少有三年工作经验，如有建筑师证书更佳
3. 英语能够基本沟通交流
4. 以强烈的审美与设计技巧来进行设计
5. 熟练使用AutoCAD。有Revit、Photoshop、InDesign，3ds Max，Rhino的经验更佳
6. 能够快速理解设计概念，能够以手绘和软件技巧给予协助
7. 妥善管理时间，能有效应对不可预见的变化并遵守完成时间
8. 主动学习建筑规范与条例
9. 能够在压力下工作、管理时间和遵守最后期限
10. 积极主动，愿意向他人学习和向他人传授经验
11. 对于学习和研究新知识具有好奇心和热情
12. 口头和书面表达清晰
13. 能够在综合性团队环境下工作
14. 注重工作细节
15. 注重诚信、信任和承诺
