Responsibilities:

- First level support for the local users in Northern China

- Identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions on the feasible approach and network access control issues

- Monitor the strategic devices

- Help to define new material configuration

- Manage the backup solution

- Support the IP Phone Cisco CUCM solution

- Technical point of contact for supplier

- Monitor project progress and provide regular update to Regional Office

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Information System or related disciplines with minimum 3 years relevant experience

- Certification in Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA is an advantage

- Professional knowledge in Windows XP / Seven / 2008, Office 2003 / 2007, Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Exchange 2003 / 2010, SQL Server, Backup Exec 2010, Cisco IOS, VMware Server, ESXi (VSphere), WIFI, PcAnywhere, etc.

- Solid experience in network equipment such as switches, routers, security appliances and network management tools

- Solid experience in working with technical teams/contractors to deliver quality of services within schedule and resources

- Knowledge to work with Oracle EBS is an advantage

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

- Adapt to regular travel in Northern China
